[ ] 基本的な部分は.github/workflows/test.yml を踏襲
- ryeを使う
[ ] 半自動化的なSemantic Versioning(voicevox_engineに近いものでOK)
[ ] src以下をまとめて階層構造を保ったままzipファイル化
[ ] zipファイルをGitHub Releasesに出す
- latest表示とかRelease Noteもいい感じだとbetter

完了目安: 6月末
