There are two reactions degrading glygn3[c] into glucose residues. I believe both are wrong, and should be merged in a common (and correct) one.
r1393: glygn3[c] + 7.0 pi[c] -> 7.0 g1p[c] + ggn[c]
is wrong since ggn[c] already contains 8 glucoses residues, and therefore cannot be produced from glygn3[c] that contains only 7.
GLPASE2: glygn3[c] + 7.0 h2o[c] -> 7.0 glc_D[c] + Tyr_ggn[c]
is wrong because it should produce g1p[c] and not glc_D[c]
The correct merged reactions should be:
glygn3[c] + 7.0 h2o[c] -> 7.0 g1p[c] + Tyr_ggn[c]
