Ch 230526 add transmittance mcpp tests #65

Hi Lisa, thanks for your help debugging my code problem in which I modified the OneTimeTearDown method, Clear_folders_and_files() to be private, and fixing it by making it public. I merged master into this branch and reran unit tests. All is good now!
