Monte Carlo panel selecting Track Statistics causes program to stop working #11

On the Monte Carlo panel, when the "Track Statistics" check box is selected prior to running a simulation, the Wpf program stops working correctly.

The application was trying to save the file to the application folder and didn't have permission. Added a folder selector to save the statistics file.
