Fix .asc that will load into ArcGIS but not CASiMiR #16

It looks like CASiMiR doesn't like it when the data is all in one long row, even though that's fine according to ESRI Documentation. It could also be something else, but in any case I'll fix this up to match an example shared with me by @millersj.
