Responsive / Mobile Views broken #3

Describe the bug Viewing the Docs site on Mobile isn't optimized and has several visual issues.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Docs site on any mobile browser

Expected behaviour Docs should collapse into a single column layout with clean margins and spacing for typography.

Additional context Might require some revisiting of the base styles of Allegretto to tweak with more recent approaches.

Cleaned up some Docs markup but Logo image is jacked up! Need to look into this.
