differenciate the type of messages #11

There are two types of messages :

normal text messages
dicerolls, identified by the pattern given in https://github.com/jdr-tools/campaigns/issues/12

Implementation suggestion :

Use an inheritance tree (message <- diceroll)
Keep the diceroll (eq 4d8+12) in the content attribute of the dice roll
Add a data attribute in the dicerolls with the informations quoted in https://github.com/jdr-tools/campaigns/issues/12
