Change the name of the file if it already exists in the campaign. #33

First step : modify the Arkaan::campaigns::Document class to remove the name field and add two new fields

basename that replaces the name
counter that is an integer, default 0, incrementing with each same title attributed.

Second step : make two new methods

name= that assigns the name to the basename field and optionally affects a value to the suffix higher than zero (highest suffix for this name +1)
name that returns the basename with the suffix between parenthesis if the suffix is higher than zero.
