Added Turkish Translations #194

Summary

I have added Turkish translations. Otherwise my admin panel was crashing with "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object" error.

I haven't tested if the build is failing, I just followed the convention for other languages. Feel free to amend my PR.
