Summary

Handling of situation when connected to navigation content type is removed from the system.

settings updated to remove non-existent content types
when navigation is rendered related items of non-existent content types ignored. error message displayed on such event

Test Plan

start an app
create content type
add item of said content type
add navigation or navigation item related to newly created content type
remove create content type
server should be able to restart
navigation is updated with clean-up of settings of non-existent content type
navigation is renderable
