What does this PR do/solve?

fix example URL in the section "Toggle reaction for Content Type"
fix ".enrichMany"-> ".enrichOne" inside the "findOne" function in the section "Example extension"

PRs should be as small as they need to be, if this section starts becoming a novel you should seriously consider breaking it up into multiple PRs
