[Epic] Add Automation API

We are missing the programmatic interaction API a.k.a. Automation API.

Steps we might want to make:

• [x] Add basic internal implementation for CLI interactions that can be reused by integration tests
• [x] Add basic internal implementation for Inline using Java PoC as a reference
• [x] Design Besom-flavour API
• [x] Implement the Besom-flavour API in experimental package for minimal API coverage
• [x] Implement missing parts of API (remote, git, etc.)
• [ ] Port integration tests from upstream
• [ ] Release officially to the public
