Ammo gets consumed, but can be refilled #16

(Should support modern industrialization and modern dynamics item pipes)

Ammunition (like the ammo for Cannon, MG and Ballista) gets consumed, and needs to be refilled, but can be restocked manually, or with item pipes from other mods.

Limited ammo is indeed one of my plans and is actually part of the roadmap for the mod. However, support for modern industrialization and modern dynamics might be a bit too far off for now.
