Minor CLI typo "public" #89

Pretty minor but you might want to fix this typo on the api key type selection.

vt download --help
[+] Config setup start
        [0] .vtapi
        [1] vtapi.conf
        [2] ~/.vtapi
        [3] ~/vtapi.conf
[+] Select option, where you want to create config, or type custom path:0
[+] Provide your apikey: <redacted>
[+] Your apikey is pubic/private:

If this was intentional, I'm all for it.

The CLI that you are using is https://github.com/doomedraven/VirusTotalApi, so you may want to open this issue there. If you want to use the official vt-cli, you can download one of the binaries available here: https://github.com/VirusTotal/vt-cli/releases/tag/1.0.0
