Add test for new CALLBACK_MSG_TOO_MANY_MATCHES #182

Corrected assertTrue test for testWarningCallback and added tests to validate recently added namespace, rule, and string to the CALLBACK_MSG_TOO_MANY_MATCHES message. Also made indents and other whitespace more consistent, and updated copyright end year.
