No wheel available, please fix this

installed wheel on python 3.11.2, macos - latest release doesn't install, was able to install 4.2.3. Same workaround on windows doesn't work, can't install yara-python.

I've released version 4.3.1 and uploaded wheel files for Python 3.11 to pypi.org. Please reopen this issue if doesn't work now for you.
