Tool tip text is duplicated in historymap

The issue

What is the issue?

When hovering over any annotation nodes in the history map, a duplicated tool tip text appears (without the box) in a nearby position to the original tool tip box(and text).

To re-create the issue:

Start the extension, make sure the history map is active. Open any webpage and use any of the annotation features (highlighting text or adding a note to highlighted text). Now on the history map page hover over any of the annotation nodes (text, or note), you should see a tooltip box appear below the mouse cursor. However the same tool tip text appears in close proximity of the mouse (without the yellow box).
