Minimise/hide/remove(?) node/pages

'remove' should not be allowed as all provenance ought to be captured

Hide or minimise nodes? We probably don't want to remove them from the data structure.

Also related would be grouping/tagging nodes? 'Favourite' and 'read later' can be two special groups or tags.

Favourite is supported (9ae9d661ef9589f57b4896d514494366c3d745cc).

For minimise/remove (hide?), we need to consider the corresponding node representation.

Maybe just minimise, and not hide or remove for now.

Need to adjust the layout for minimised nodes, which may require some time.
