Add notes about market investigation and asset class choice
- Include notes about why you chose specific assets and markets
- Add notes about chosen platform too

@kaidatavis The PR is for my personal organisation and for working on different branches so I don't push directly to main, especially if I amend commits. I will self-review my PRs and merge them myself once I consider that I am done with the unit of work that the PR is addressing. Sorry for the confusion.
