Steps to Reproduce

vtable 有进度条的时候，而且某列的width和内容比table还长的时候，点击那一列的内容之后，横向滚动条会滚动到那一列的尾部

Current Behavior

横向滚动条会滚动到那一列的尾部

Expected Behavior

横向滚动条不应该滚动到那一列的尾部，而是保持横向滚动条不要移动

我在1.10.0版本中发现变成了，交互跳动了，一行在头部，下一行就会在尾部。不管是键盘上下键切换还是鼠标点击切换
