1.The datasets are named as 2019 datasets, where are the 2020 datasets. 2.Are the annotations the same as mentioned in https://github.com/VisDrone/VisDrone2018-DET-toolkit

I wonder the same thing. It does seem that the same annotation format holds for the 2020(named 2019) dataset
