Regridding and Convolution on real Images and Cubes #121

This PR closes #77.

This PR adds a context menu to the Layers List Widget. The new Filter Dialog takes the selected layer as input for regridding and/or convolution. The same Dialog can be requested when visualizing datacubes from the Action menu. Output files are saved in the temporary folder.
