Filter SEDNodes based on the y_error value #130

SEDNodes taken as input by SEDVisualizerPlot constructor are filtered to avoid duplicate nodes graphing. Modify filterSEDNodes to filter out duplicate SEDNodes based on their value: y_error != -99999999999
