This PR adds a new interface to query the HiPS2FITS service hosted at CDS (http://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/hips-image-services/hips2fits).

The UI also includes a pre-defined list of public HiPS to choose from.

The cutouts are saved in the temporary download folder.

Closes #134.

The code is functioning correctly, and I recommend implementing the following changes:

Add a label for the width field.
Add a label for the height field.
Add the option to open the downloaded file.
