Interface with caesar service

Design a UI panel to enable users to:

• upload a selected 2D image file in FITS format to the service storage. The service returns the file uid to be used for later operations (e.g. job submission). The image can be one of the image currently present in VLVA (taken from local filesystem or from VLKB). At present, the service accepts only an image file, so maybe we need to foresee the possibility to send encoded image data, with format to be agreed.
• submit source finding jobs on the uploaded image, using one of the selected algorithm (or apps), for example caesar, and job options configurable from the UI.
• query job status, e.g. periodically, and update status in UI
• retrieve job outputs (a tar file, or individual data files) and import them in the UI for later operations (e.g. source visualization and analysis). For example, one of the outputs is an ascii (or json) catalog file with list of extracted sources. Another one is a DS9 region with the list of extracted sources defined as DS9 polygons.

Service API are available at: https://github.com/SKA-INAF/caesar-rest An interface example is the caesar-ui developed by Cristobal. Maybe worth to organize a joint meeting with cristobal to show the features.

When AAI is enabled, the caesar service requires from the UI a valid OpenID connect token. We are currently using the NEANIAS AAI service so guess this is very similar to what has been done for the VLKB integration. We can ask Cristobal some details here.

For the future we need to discuss also to have a unique AAI service (in case VLKB and caesar service differs) and which one (the NEANIAS, EOSC, IA2 or something implemented by us).
