Ability to query and import VO-compatible catalogs into the VLKB client #94

At the moment the only catalogue present in the VLKB and that can be visualized on maps is the Herschel Hi-GAL band-merged catalogue. It should be possible to query a selection of relevant catalogues from VO resources (e.g. Vizier). An iteraction need then to be established between these newly imported catalogues and their visualization and further handling in the VLKB client

Initially VLKB provided all the catalogues that were used to set up the band-merged one. Aren't they displayed anymore? Once that's cleared, "adding" new or different catalogues is a matter of choosing:

About using directly VO registered resources for source catalogues relevant to ViaLactea, a few steps are needed:

If relevant catalogues are not available as VO resources, they could be hosted in the VLKB and added to the IVOA Registry from there.

The VLVA should then be updated to consume VO services, the important ones being ConeSearch (issue #97) and TAP (issue #98), to allow fixing of issue #95 and other features.

Information picked up from those catalogues can then be used to let VLVA call, e.g., merging tools, to provide the equivalent of the current, pre-built, band merged SED catalogue.
