Closing a spreadsheet #3

The button to close a spreadsheet doesn't close the associated controller, which causes issues. Remove it or make it close the controller.

ca5f33a71e in VisTrails removes the button.

75db7af46c closes the controller when the spreadsheet tab is closed. This is done through a callback in VisTrails's spreadsheet.
