Volume Rendering LOD does not work on synced cells #70

Example: open mummy.xml, and execute both the isosurface and the volume rendering pipelines into cells in the spreadsheet. Sync the cells, and move them around. If the cursor is moving the isosurfaced image, no LOD happens on the volume rendered one. If the cursor is moving the volume rendered image, however, the LOD stuff works.

I don't think this is as important for 1.0 as other things. Let's push it to 2.0.

LOD only works for the currently selected pipeline. 2 volume rendered cells also have this problem.
