Add Obstacles Disposale

Currently, obstacles stay in the game forever, change them to be destroyed upon leaving scene.

Options:

• Add an area which, when overlapping with an obstacle, triggers it's destroy method
• Add a timer to each obstacle, which upon timeout will trigger the destroy function

I'm Going with the area solution as it seems the simplest and most dynamic.
