Add sprites #8

Add sprites for the player, the obstacles and the background.

The needed sprites are:

A skater: casual skating, speeding, jumping, breaking
3 obstacle sprites (nice to have 5) - nice to have being able to randomly size, ideas are trash bag, rail, manhole
A road and street which are regenerated as a treadmill
Moving background sky
