Double-clicking on issue causes it to jump to top of the issue table #13

This happens in the pre-refactored version of Jupiter.  We need to verify
this bug in the refactored version and fix it if it still exists.

Verified that this bug still exists in the refactored version of Jupiter.  This 
issue
should be fixed in the next Jupiter release.

Adding to milestone 3.3.0.  Possibly related to Issue #17.

Fixed in revision 40.

Removed code that was moving selected issue to the top of the table.  Deemed 
unnecessary.
