Improve Dashboard Layout and Navbar Design

Summary

This pull request enhances the JobCity dashboard by improving its visual appeal and functionality. The changes include:

  1. Redesigning the navbar to match the provided model exactly
  2. Enhancing the Job Application Stats component with icons and better layout
  3. Improving the Upcoming Interviews section for better readability and hover effects
  4. Adding a functional Todo List component with checkboxes and hover effects
