ForceClose after load -> close -> $any_button #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game
2. click on button load
3. click on button close
4. now you are in the game(?!?), click on any button 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After click on close it should return to the intro-screen (new/load/jump). But 
it starts a pseudo game, where it FC on any action.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build: 5 -20100831094906

"Build Number" and "Build Time Stamp" are mistakable...
I use DN.0.4.apk - Dark Nova Android Beta 0.4
