System news and Special are not working #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to system and tap the news/special buttons.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seeing the news/special menus.  Nothing appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the beta on and Android 2.2 motorola droid

Please provide any additional information below.

same issues here.  I click on them and nothing happens.  Using 2.2 build 
(Damage Control 3.5)

System News is now working. Hard to see because of background brightness but it 
is there.
