Buy Ship Enhancement: make info for current ship available too

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Ship Yard -> Buy New Ship
2. If that ship is "Not Sold" I cannot see its specs
3. I also cannot see my own ship-type specs on this screen (whether it is sold 
or not)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When buying a new ship it would be more convenient to have the info for my 
current ship available along with all the other ships.  Unless ship specs vary 
from system to system, I’d like to be able to access info on all ships in the 
‘Buy Ship’ screen regardless of the type of ship I have or which system I 
am in.

In previous versions I could see all ship specs in all systems.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
      Dark Nova: 1.2
Android Droid X: 2.2.1 
 System Version: 2.3.340

Please provide any additional information below.
Note: I cannot set the severity or defect/enhancement flags.  Please change 
them as you see fit.

Although the info is available in the commander status->ship info screen, it 
would be convenient to have the data on the Buy Ship screen for comparison 
purposes.

Fixed in 1.4. You can view the ship info in any system.
