What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Buy Equipment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There are some some alignment and capitalization fixes needed in the Buy 
Equipment screen.  A picture is worth a thousand words .. Please see the 
enclosed pictures that point to these issues.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
      Dark Nova: 1.2
Android Droid X: 2.2.1 
 System Version: 2.3.340

Please provide any additional information below.
Note: I cannot set the severity or defect/enhancement flags.  Please change 
them as you see fit.
