Gemulon alien mantis surrender action. #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Let aliens attack gemulon
2. Warp to gemulon
3. Attempt to surrender to alien mantis that attacks you.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Surrender option is provided, but does not seem to be alowed.  The failure 
message indicates that I cannot surrender if my criminal record is too bad.   
It acts as if I am encountering a cop?  

My police record had been very bad (probably psycho) but was cleaned up by 
hacker encounter.  Perhaps that played a role.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dark nova 1.2
Droidx 2.2.1  (340)

The behaviour is correct - i.e. you cannot surrender to the aliens as you did 
not have the artifact on board.
The string however, was wrong.
