Galactic Chart: selecting a system (touch) does not highlight until close and return to galactic chart #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Galactic Chart
2. Click around on the screen and you will see different system names updated
3a. When you click close and return to galcatic Chart, the system is
highlighted.
3b. Sometimes you have to close the game and reopen it to see the new
highlighting.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like for a system that I press on in the galactic chart to be
highlighted in some way. Perhaps using a bold red border?

With the systems being so close together on the Galactic chart, we need some
way to see exactly which system was pressed on. By highlighting the selection
immediately, you'll know which you pressed. It will also become painfully
obvious that some systems cannot be selected because they are too close to one
another.

Now I could also imagine a next / previous button on the galactic chart to help
cycle through systems. I'd want that to highlight immediately too. The
problem with this approach is you'd have to index the systems "smartly" so the
next button goes in a reasonable direction (not to the next system
alphabetically)!

Perhaps doubling the size of the galactic chart and making it scrollable is a
better choice.

This issue could also be alleviated by making the galactic chart "zoomable" but
that sounds even harder to me.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This should be fixed. The short range and galactic chart were refactored.
Galactic chart has pinch / zoom and search capabilities.
