The introduction does not mention the target audience. It is unclear whether the application is meant for lecturers, TAs, module coordinators etc, and a potential user reading this might feel that the application is not for them.

Severity very low as if you are already reading the UG, you are the target user. Target users also specified in readme, which is typically read first.
