Here's the code for the forthcoming export update to VisionEval 3.0. I'll move this over to a release on VisionEval-dev by early next week, 9/11-9/15 (along with installers for R 4.1.3 where many people seem to be stuck, as well as R 4.3.1 which is the current version) and give it a rel

I've comprehensively reviewed the test.R and walkthrough samples which provide basic documentation for the export facility. Most things other than extract/export (including queries) should just continue to work the way they did before.

We'll still need to test this merge thoroughly. I'm doing the merge now so I can create a release with binary assets for runtime testing. Builds forthcoming for R 4.1.3 and R 4.3.1 (let me know if there are other binary build versions you need).
