Virtualenv Terra Warning #101

The following warning appeared after I updated terra on 5/10/2021 and ran a test dsm. I had not activated an external virtual/conda envs. $ just run dsm "F:\buenos_aires\results\210510\settings.json" Warning: You appear to be in a virtual/conda env This can interfere with terra and cause unexpected consequences Deactivate external virtual/conda envs before running just Continue anyways? (n)

When you are getting that error, please run and post the results from

$ declare -p VIRTUAL_ENV CONDA_DEFAULT_ENV declare -x VIRTUAL_ENV="/C/Users/cynthia.lucock/development/terra_dsm/venv/terra_dsm-TEMshxX3" bash: declare: CONDA_DEFAULT_ENV: not found (terra_dsm)

The VIRTUAL_ENV warning is stating you have the virtual env activated.

You should be able to type deactivate to fix that.
