Added /etc/hosts:/etc/hosts to singular-compose, because (some versions of?) singularity doesn't mount this in when the -c flag is used. If a redis hostname is only defined in here, it is needed.

Fix bug in terra logger if another library is loaded before terra, the logger objects will not have the right filter, and spam the screen with KeyErrors about hostname (and zone if it got that far)
