Task status on ingest always says Pending #38

The ingest status just says pending, then success/failure. No other status is displayed

This is due to a bug in Celery 3.1.18. There's no way to get the task ids of element in a chain. Until this is fixed and celery is updated, this can not be fixed. No known hack-around
