Database - Create table improvement

Description

CreateTable method should be improved to not only creating table, but updating it if table was created, but do not have all needed columns.

Implementation

• Use SELECT from sqlite_master to get asked table
• Use PRAGMA table_info to get columns
• ALTER TABLE if some columns do not exist
