Extend Piston Error Spam #15

When ever pistons receive changing pulses the console is spammed with:

2013-02-02 00:12:35 [SEVERE] [Realms] An unexpected exception occured @ PISTON_ EXTEND. Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

There's a minor issue with null world on retracting now
