Hey is there a permissions check for using the command /realms itself? Apparently anyone can use the command as they please and change existing data.

realms.admin is the permission for reloading configurations or zones. Otherwise its based on the zone permissions

I was afraid you'd say that. I hadn't realize this change in this manner I'm assuming starting with 7.x and so the way my permissions are set up are very vulnerable to changes made by anyone including guests.
