Fixed failing unsubscribes for some modules
Fixed TypeError: not a function in scripts/penrose/tickevent/namespoof/namespoof_a.js
Debugging will now test for config.debug
Added warning if event unsubscribe fails
Console logging will now no longer test for config.debug
Added debugging for scheduling.js
