I'm not understanding well, help me fix this error, how to update the manifest to load the resource pack on version 1.18.12

There is no resource pack. Only a behavior pack. I'm not entirely sure what you need help with. Join the discord server for further assistance. This particular issue is not an actual issue to the codebase.
