content-none.php has wrong header meta #237

It looks like /template-parts/content-none.php was copied over from twenty sixteen as it still has the wrong meta block in it:

 * The template part for displaying a message that posts cannot be found
 *
 * @package WordPress
 * @subpackage Twenty_Sixteen
 * @since Twenty Sixteen 1.0
 */
