Content-wrapper is prevent the background color in page design option #309

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  1. Create new page
  2. Set background color in design option to another color
  3. Observe issue, the background color is applied outside content-wrapper

Expected behavior The background color is applied in content-wrapper also
